We source the highest quality, sustainable, and ethically produced cacao beans. Processing small batches of whole beans in-house ensures every component is refined with care to let the true flavors shine.

Single Origin Chocolates

All of the cacao beans we use to make our chocolate truffles, caramels, barks, and peanut butter cups are sourced from the Duarte region in the Dominican Republic. Our close relationship with the farmers who grow and harvest the cacao ensures a consistency in the beans we buy year after year, and economic stability for the farmers.
